Return and Refund Policy

Every Moderate Incline Co. tee is printed to order just for you. Here's how returns and refunds work.

Changed your mind?
You can cancel your order and return items within 14 days of receiving them. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Please email us at hello@moderateincline.com before sending anything back, and we'll confirm the return address.

You'll need to cover the cost of return postage. We recommend a tracked service, because we can't refund items that don't reach us.

Once we receive your return, we'll refund you within 14 days. This includes the original standard delivery charge if you're returning your whole order. The refund goes back to your original payment method.

Damaged, faulty or misprinted?
Sorry about that. It shouldn't happen, but occasionally it does. Email us at hello@moderateincline.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll send you a free replacement, or a full refund if you'd prefer. You won't need to send the item back.

Wrong size?
We don't offer direct exchanges, since each tee is printed to order. You can return the item under our 14-day change-of-mind policy above and place a new order in the right size. Check our size guide before ordering to get the best fit.

Cancelling an order
Our tees usually go into production quickly. If you need to cancel, email us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't been printed yet, we'll cancel it and refund you in full.

Lost or undelivered parcels
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery time, get in touch and we'll look into it with our print and shipping partner. Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
