Shipping Policy
Every Moderate Incline Co. tee is printed to order, so it takes a little time to make before it's on its way to you.
Processing time
Orders usually take 2–5 business days to print and pack before they ship. During busy periods, like the run-up to Christmas, this can take a bit longer.
Delivery times
Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- UK: 2–5 business days
- USA: 3–8 business days
- Europe: 4–10 business days
- Rest of the world: 7–20 business days
These are estimates from our shipping partners and aren't guaranteed.
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location.
Free shipping on 2 or more tees, wherever you are in the world. The discount is applied automatically at checkout.
Where we ship from
We work with a print partner that has production facilities in several countries. Your order is printed at the facility closest to you, so it gets to you faster. If you order more than one item, your order may occasionally arrive in separate parcels.
Tracking
When your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.
Customs and import duties
UK and US orders are normally produced locally, so there shouldn't be any extra charges. For orders to other countries, customs duties or import taxes may apply when your parcel arrives. These are set by your country and are the customer's responsibility.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we can re-send it, but you'll need to cover the cost of reshipping.

If your order hasn't arrived within the delivery times above, email us at hello@moderateincline.com with your order number and we'll sort it out.
